Printing with the Screen Printing Technique is the oldest duplicating, picture duplication and fabric dyeing technique originating from the Far East. which will be printed with a silk stencil created in this technique.
The image or text can be roughly described as passing the paint onto the product by applying pressure from the created spaces of the paint on the stencil.
It is one of the rare manufacturing processes with a unique production process that has not changed until the recent past. However, thanks to the developing dye, chemical and weaving industry, it has reached a very high quality and speedy production process and shape.
- The following factors determine how long the print will stay on the product:
1- The raw material of the product to be printed
2- Detection of dye suitable for the raw material of this product
3-Exposure to ultraviolet light
4-The rate of exposure to volatile chemicals
5- Impacting external physical factors (wind, friction, water and
others )
The realization of the printing when it is erased depends on the form of attachment, which is the product of the printing.
Attachment happens in two ways;
1 - Physical Adhesion: Paint does not fuse with the product
2 - Chemical adhesion: It interacts chemically with the paint product.
Generally, physical attachments are inexpensive and purposes with no lifetime, but sometimes applied for visual purposes as a final maintenance.
The product coming to the press is first processed by going through a stage called preparation for printing.
In the meantime, the printing technique is decided according to the size and shape of the image to be applied to the product.
After the printing technique is finalized, the printing template or printing cliché is prepared.
The printing on the product next to the relevant bench or machine is done one by one and by hand feeding.
At the end of the printing, the drying time of the printing is waited and the dried-dried product is packaged and delivered to the relevant customer.
All of the above processes are a printing process.
This process takes longer and shorter depending on the variety, difficulty and type of the product.
